We also offer a complete after sales service. We will help with any little problems you may face during your first 3 months in Spain – whether it relates to your new home, or just helping you to settle in to the Spanish way of life. We do not add a commission to the price of a home. You pay the builders price for the property, as if you were buying direct. The builder or developer pays our fees. All of the homes on our website are honestly presented. Where possible we use our own pictures of a home and avoid the use of artist’s impressions, which can sometimes be misleading. We simply try and find the best deal for you. This includes legal services, bank accounts, mortgages, money transfers, furniture suppliers, satellite TV installers, insurances, etc. We are a family company who trades on our reputation. Many of our clients come to us via a personal referral. We are a fully registered Spanish company and are authorized agents for most of the major developers in the region between Benidorm and Murcia. We make sure that all the properties for sale on our books are legal and have all the correct paperwork and all builders will provide bank guaranties for any deposits paid by purchasers. We are determined to maintain the highest standards in order to offer the best service available.
