This is a fabulous house, the sort that most of us fantasize about. Sitting on a large 1,000m2 plot, it has a generous build size of 370m2 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in Ciudad Quesada with a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants and its own 18 hole championship golf course, the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar are just a 10 minute drive away, and several more top quality golf courses are within close proximity. Both Alicante and Murcia airports are a 30 minute drive and motorway links give an easy drive to many towns and cities.
The villas interior and exterior specialised designs are heavily influenced by Indonesian objet dart, statues and water features offering a peaceful and reflective environment to live in. You really need to visit this special villa to appreciate its beauty but lets take a tour instead to give you an idea of just what there is on offer here. The rooms flow effortlessly from one to another, starting with the kitchen and utility room which you enter by the back door and as you would expect, there is a full compliment of top quality fittings and electrical goods here. The large circular living area is separated into zones the first of which is a dining area off the kitchen. You continue around the exterior of the room to relaxation areas separated from the main lounge by feature brick pillars and sheltered from the Spanish sun from large arched windows which have been tinted to produce an ambient temperature. The beautiful lounge includes a huge modern swivel wood burner and a feature nook which was built with a bodega in mind. From the lounge is a separate TV room with a large flat screen inset into the wall with surround sound. There is a guest bedroom and a shower room with contemporary modern fittings. A stunning wide marble staircase takes you to the second floor and the first door you come to takes you to a private terrace and a wrought iron spiral staircase to the solarium with breathtaking views to the famous Torrevieja salt lakes and the Mediterranean Sea at the front and the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the side. Back inside, the next door is another guest bedroom then on to the master bedroom.WOW.beautiful views, TV inset into the wall, and a huge en-suite with a sunken Jacuzzi bath, a separate shower with power shower, great designed his and hers sinks and a walk in wardrobe with fitted cupboards and racks. Everything you could want and more. The journey then takes you to a lovely peaceful lounge with another flat screen inset into the wall and double patio doors onto a second terrace and more beautiful views. Off this lounge is a third guest room, another contemporary designed shower room and an office with double patio doors onto a third terrace. The first floor has TV and telephone points but also the second floor offers TV points in all bedrooms, telephone and broadband in the office, and telephone in the upstairs lounge and master bedroom. The house has many more features but there are too many to list here.
Access to the garden is through a large arched glass door with steps down to the private 11 x 5 pool surrounded by no maintenance synthetic grass and many amazing statures and water features. To the side of the house is a summer kitchen with dishwasher, sink fridge, electric points, bar and BBQ. You can have some great parties here. At the back of the house is a large driveway with a high stone feature wall and double electric solid gates to the garage which houses a gas water heater. Scattered throughout the lovely gardens are an assortment of coloured lights giving a restful ambience for peaceful evenings. There are many mature shrubs and palm trees offering shade throughout hot summer days. There is a single solid entrance gate which brings you to the pool and the front of the house. The villa is on a corner plot and is surrounded by an unusual brick feature wall giving complete privacy. This is an amazing villa and highly recommended for viewing.
