What is a good small vehicle for traveling in large, private property?

I’m looking for something to use for yard work and pleasure cruising with guests on about 140 acres of wooded, hilly land in West Virginia. I won’t be farming, but I will have a guest building, etc. I want something comfortable, but with a little more utility than a golf cart.
A Mule or a Gator – I think they’re 4 wheel drive Gators are made by John Deere. http://www.deere.com/en_US/ProductCatalog/HO/category/ho_gatorho.html?src=2&ysmwa=NPDX8nxiRHwJ6ZArf6mZNfXvXVcQJTZIyzRgzUU5UaQojAhJLpk94ppPihEbBXli Mule is made by Kawasaki http://www.kawasaki.com/Products/SubCategory.aspx?id=15

Definately a Kawasaki Mule. Those things are awsome. All the utility, power and speed you could ever ask for.

I would also vote for the Mule… I had a golf cart on my 40 acres, but the Mule (as seen on Little People, Big World) seems more practical if you’re also going to use it for yard work.
