Czech republic, ...
Czech republic, Slovenia, Croatia are a LOT better investment solutions. Bulgaria is too backward to invest in. Dangerous even after it became part of EU. They (EU) would not be able to support it financially and keep on developing it as they did with previously joint new members - they are overstreched so there is a great chance for Bulgaria to remain a paradise for moneyless pensioneers, while other mentioned above will attract most of middle class.
