Property built in this neck of the woods are usually made of wood.
Easily rebuilt because of the extreme weather conditions ie., tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.. (ever seen the news?)
"Too good to be true, it usually is" !!!!

I have no idea, but would suggest, space, abundant materials and wooden structured houses.

That absolutely can't be the right price. There is no way a 3 bedroom condo in Miami is only $1,000.
