Separate the balls into make and model. Look up the balls on golf store websites to see what particular models sell for retail, and expect no more than half of that selling used. Many companies also sell graded (they grade them based on condition) used balls on ebay, so look at those ads to see what you can get for each model. If you can’t find the model being sold anywhere, chances are they are very old and can be dumped into the ‘cheap ball’ pile.

Selling the balls at the edge of your property is not a terrible idea. Just remember to post some prices on the sign, like "Pro V1s, $1.25 a ball" and "Distance balls, $5 a dozen." The biggest problem you will run into on ebay is the fact that there are so many actual companies selling graded balls that you will likely not get as much as they do.

you probably short changed yourself on that one… premium balls such as the Titleist Pro V1, Callaway HX tour, Bridgestone 330, Srixon Z-ur, Taylor Made TP, and Nike One all retail for 40 a dozen or more and routinely sell for 1 to 2 dollars a ball in like new condition…a fair price for the above listed balls is probably a buck a ball if they are in very good condition, no cuts or scrapes, most of the rest of the balls would probably be ok to sell for 6 to 8 a dozen, best if you bagged the alike balls in dozens (for instance the assorted other titleist balls, nxt, so-lo, etc. … the assorted other Callaway balls HX hot, HX red, HX blue, warbird etc.) probably good if you posted a sign at your fence that says ‘Pro V1s for sale cheap’ that is guaranteed to get golfers attentiion…then they can take a look at what you have…Ive seen lots of people on golf courses do this, in some rural areas some people even put out honor system boxes with a box of balls and a piggybox (locked with a slot for deposits) but I wouldnt recommend that… good luck with your side enterprise!

100 golf balls for 30.00 is a good deal have any callaway if you have a bidder list contact them and said you have more at the same price

Thats actually amazing because after a golf ball has been used for 18 holes its no good really to use, so yes you got a good deal.

it depends on the type of titleist you are selling. Seperate them by type and for pro v's you can get about a dollar per ball if in good shape.

You can easily get $1/ball for the premo golf balls in good shape. For standard balls, $0.50.

if i was golfing at that course, id buy them for sure. And, whatever you get for em (money wise) is better than nothing, so yeah, go sell em.

Well you probably should check with your local golf course, more than likely they won't like you selling to the players. Ebay is a good place but it all depends upon the balls. The brands and the condition. $30 for 100 good quality balls was very cheap, however if they were mixed in type and quality that is about right. You might want to sort them and sell them by the dozen.

It mostly depends upon the condition and types of the balls. If most of the ones you are finding are the high end Titleists (Pro V1, Pro V1x) in good condition, you should be getting at least $1 per ball.

Wow, somebody got a deal on those golf balls mate. The local course I play sells their used golf balls for $1.50 a piece! I would stick with eBay, just change your prices up a bit.
