Mmmm. Sounds good! I was just in Rancho Mirage yesterday visiting the Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa. My parents discovered a nice little Mexican place called La Casita in Cathedral City. They were raving about it! I’ll have to try Las Casuelas next time!

I’ve been there and loved it! My favorite was going to Las Casuelas Terraza. Muy delicioso! The best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had! (And I’m Mexican!)
