Join Celebrity Real Estate Agent Aaron Auxier on a historical journey as he films the exteriors of top-floor penthouses at Regency Tower in Las Vegas Country Club. Starting in the 1950s, the site which LVCC sits was home to Las Vegas Downs, a thoroughbred race track. Upon filing for bankruptcy, the site was purchased by investor Joe W. Brown. Later, the property was again sold and turned into one of Vegas’ first major guard-gated country clubs. Regarding Las Vegas history and the days of the Rat Pack, LVCC stands as an icon.
